Ive heard this off and on for years now. I remember I got it a couple of times in an email a few years ago. Sad thing is, a lot of places this really holds true. In Savannah, gang members get initiated for either rapping or stabbing a student from Savannah College of Art and Design. Its sad, but oh so true in many parts

It appears to me that someone has a beef with Wallyworld (Wal-mart); and is trying to keep people from going to the stores. emoBang
