Living on or around lakes most of my life I have seen a lot. We actually used to drink a few wine coolers at state launch in NY just for the comedy. Seen a 32 foot chriscraft go flying down the ramp at Calville bay at Lake Mead after popping off the hitch at the crest of the ramp. Damn near killed some folks and Park officials told me he must have pi$$ed off someone and they undid his hitch and chains...now I lock mine. Last year I was waiting to take out on Watts Bar and 3 fellows on 2 jet skis were trying to "recover" thier jet skis. I beached my boat waiting for them, watched one of them back in to the water about 5 times and attemp to recover. They had the jet skis on the trailer but were backing down a 6 time to crank them up. I got so mad I jumped behind them and basically pushed the damn jet skis on the trailer before he could take the ramp again. They are not 2000lb boats!
