Ramp on Armstrong Rd just off Hixson pike?

Does anyone know the condition of this ramp? Is it a descent ramp to use this time of year or do I need to just put in at Holly Circle? Just curious, going to try to go Thursday after I get off work.

It is a good ramp other than when the water is all the way at winter pool the end of the ramp is very steep. Never had anyone bother my stuff over there either.

It is steep. Works best with 2 people. Boat tends to go under front roller than on top.
