The weather forecast for Friday afternoon looks like another round of thunderstorms and lightening right at TX time.

I will look again tomorrow around noon and see how it looks then. If the Thunderstorms are still in the forecast the tournament will be canceled.

I am sure that those that fished in the storms last week will understand we will need to cancel if the weather is bad.

I was going to fish it last weekend until the weather moved in. I was sitting under the bridge at blast off and those were some brave souls that actually went out in that mess. I really hope the weather holds off. Hotrod and I have to fish this to qualify for next week. Keep us posted.

The weather forecast is not real sure one way or the other. It is still a huge maybe. I have looked at the weather channel, watched Bill Race on Channel 9 and both say there is a good possibility for strong storms this afternoon. The weather pattern that may affect us is still over the Mid West
and pushing our direction.

Just because nothing is showing up on the local radars right now does not mean the heating of the day combined with the push from the west won't bring out some nasty storms.

Right now I don't have a definitive report that is certain enough to yes or no.

I will post a decision at 4M. I should have a lot better information then.
