What is the middle class now income wise? I know demographics plays a part in determining it. For me, I would think you would consider middle class with household income over 100,000. Lower middle 60-80, upper middle 180-280. Am I close, what do you folks think would be middle class range. College degree, or trade a factor as well?

Welfare, what percentage of the annual budget is spent on welfare? It seems to be a big issue for Republican party.

I used to know... I believe that it cost a taxpayer with a $4000.00 IRS bill about $20.00 per year. Foreign Aid is about the same way. That's 4 Big Mac meals, or 3 Rapala DT-6 series crankbaits.

Depends on what part of the country one lives in

Here I will define middle class for you. Profesors colleges are teaching this too. A Dr.or lawyer is considered middle class. They would be on the upper echelon. Many cities claim if someone if someone is making under $50,ooo they are considered poverity. Yes demographics plays important part of this process.

Here is news, rich isn't like it use to be... Look at the salaries on the internet, average Dr. makes $175,000 to $225,000.... Today's standards that is not considered rich, with inflation, utilities, home costs, medical and everything else that goes up.... Remember, Gross domestic Product does not include inflation, housing costs and utilities, so if you do the total over the past 9 years... People are making a lot less money today than they were in the 1990's.... Most companies, even when they were making the biggest profits ever were giving employees the average raise of Gross Domestic products price increase, which was around 3.5% per year.... Corporations and employers want their employees to be uneducated about this stuff, and they take full advantage of it... Educate your children and the people around you, so bullies can not push anymore....
