SALE Pending.
Like new condition. Includes Tasco World Class scope, sling and soft case. Less than two boxes of shells through this rifle. I also have an extra box of .243 ammunition to go with it. $450. Would like to sell, but may consider trading for CCW. Also have original box.

Churly, if you want a Winchester, that's what it is. I'll let it go for the same price as the Ruger. emoSmile

Sorry dude. I have not seen a stock like that. I have always been a huge fan of ruger m77's. Gotta rossi .357 I would be interested in swapping. It's Chrome with rubber handle and the 7" barrel. Pm if interested...

Gotta agree with Churley....the first pic...sure looks like WINCHESTER on that stock. Those are nice guns (Rugers), great for young hunters and us old folks. Had to zoom...to make it say Ruger.....honest mistake.

Old and new shooters? 243 is literally a .308 winchester that shoots high sectional density 6mm bullets.
It is one of the best cartridges that exist.

Bump for a great gun at a great deal. That gun is about as weatherproof as they come.

If you have not sold, call me please or pm me your number. 4233265257 or pm me your number. For some reason I cant pm you?

No arguement there pie. Great caliber for sure. Just saying...it is usually a smaller gun, LIGHTER to carry.

Nice gun, I have a Ruger 77 in a 30.06 and it is one fine shooting gun. emoThumbsup Sell it to crod, he could have it for one of the kids for sure. emoTongue Jmax

Jmax...I have one of those very short Ruger 77's in a 30-06. They should have mounted it on wheels.....it has the kick of a 105 howitzer. Finally got a budddy to do some reloading.....and got a lot of kick out of it. emoEnforce

Wennie.... emoPoke emoLaugh I am such a small fella I did not notice. emoBigsmile Jmax

In a 243 I do not think that would be such a problem.

I'll let you zero it next time. LOL. Anything 150 grains and up tho. Actually gave it to my son. My choice is my Rem. 700...in .260. Sorta wish I had it in a .243. Bullet choices for the .260.....can be hard to find at times.

Buzz, you know I was just ribbing you. I won mine at a Ducks Unlimited dinner. I ended up giving it to my son who was at the time a little guy. I did sight it in and then he used it to hunt with. He was around 10 when I gave it to him and he did well with it then. He is now 6-2 and 235 lbs so he does not have to worry about the kick anymore. emoRolleyes It is a very nice gun, this one however with it being stainless is awsome...... emoThumbsup Jmax

If I buy it, I aint giving it to nobody. LOL. I love a .243. I have killed 54 bucks to date and all were killed with that caliber except for six which were killed with a 30-30. That being said, I wouldnt hunt with it in up north or out west I dont think. It does a fine job on the deer around here. Those little guns are tack drivers. They are also great varmit guns. Have killed many coyotees from long distance. All in all it is a great caliber for hunting in north ga. Crod

Come on crod, I know a great soft ball player that would love that gun to hunt with her daddy. ;) Jmax
