Running two main batteries?

Just a question do most of you run a cranking battery and and on other for pumps and electronics? If you do are they separate or parallel. Also if they are set parallel will they both charge from the batteries?

i run 2 in parallel in the gambler

I run two parallel, charge with one bank of charger. Been this way over 4 years, no issue.

+1 - one batt for cranking/pumps, the other for electronix.
