Hit chickamauga for the first time in a couple years, man the river is big down there! Caught some fish with worms and frogs and crankbaits and a spinnerbait. Nothing big and not too many but fun change of scenery. Fished the upper end from daylight til 4. Water was 69 back in creeks and 72-74 on the main channel, maybe even 75 when we left. I did lose what looked like a three pounder on a shakey head.

Good day! If you was to go again would you stay at the upper end? We went out Friday and caught a few on the low end but nothing big.

I don't reckon I'm the guy to ask but there crowds were much thinner upriver and it was a shorter drive for me in the truck

Heak I haven't fished grass like this since the 80's at Tellico till they sprayed it in the 90's. So I'm all new at this. It did seem pretty busy around mid lake.

Well there are miles of it just like in that picture. Hard to make your way through it
