Literally just got off the phone with my cousin,,,this boat done 7000.00 worth damage to his pontoon,,,,he was tied up to his buds dock,,,,said the wake actually put one whole side of his boat up on the dock and the backwash off the bank pulled it back off then it slammed back into the dock crushing the side again,,,he's gonna pursue this matter with the owner,,,said game warden was checking a boat on the other side of the river and went after him

i just got off the phone with bassman and he told me about his encounter with this boat.the wake from this boat threw him and a friend that was with him about 5 foot un in the air and they slammed back down in his boat.carl says that he has a fractured tail bone and hid friend is having to use some kind of walker to get around.he also said his boat had a foot of water in it.the wave threw some kids off a tube they were on.guys every body that has seen this fool in action needs to call the coast guard or who ever to get this stopped.it is just a mater of time before some one gets hurt bad or killed from this idiot.he said they were not even in the channel and was a mud streek behind their boat. you know a bunch of us will be out there sat in our tx.

Supposedly they are aware,,,cousin said one took after him Saturday,,,then a man at Island cove that was giving him the estimate on his damages said he had 2 TWRA boats follow him in and a couple more waiting on him on land

Good. I understand that we all share the water. But you have got to respect the other people out there. Just because you can afford a 4 million dollar yacht you don't have more right than me.

A pic of the Pershing 74 Super Yacht but in no way does it put into perspective the size of it. The unique shiny metallic silver finish is what first caught our eye but quickly our attention turned to the six foot waves heading toward us ! If my pontoon was next to it again you would get an idea how large it is. I'm just glad I wasn't out in my 15 foot Dyna-Trak ! Steer clear of this beast if it's back out this weekend.

I'll add as others have said it's the speed that this boat is traveling that makes it such a huge danger to other boats and no way does he plane this boat out ! emoProtest

Reckless operation of a vessel, water skies or similar device is one of the most serious offenses in Tennessee boating law. Violations are punishable by a fine of $2500 and six months in jail. Additionally, the Coast Guard may impose a civil penalty of up to $5,000 and imprisonment of one year. Reckless operation is defined as any act which endangers life, limb or property. - See more at: https://www.tn.gov/twra/article/boating-regulations#sthash.aQMy71es....
The owner of a vessel may be responsible for any injury or damage done by his or her vessel whether the owner is present or not. This shall not hold true if the vessel is used without the owner's consent. - See more at: https://www.tn.gov/twra/article/boating-regulations#sthash.aQMy71es....
Unless otherwise marked, all vessels operating within 300 feet of a commercial boat dock must do so at a slow wake speed regardless of whether or not the area is marked by buoys.
"No wake" is defined as a vessel traveling at or below idle speed, or at such speed that the boat or its wake (waves) is not sufficient to cause possible injury or damage to other persons, boats, or property.

Had something similar happen to me about 5yrs ago, I had a Bass Tracker 165... fishing just N. of the HBSP volleyball court about 30 from the bank. Jerk off in a white 40ft double decker yacht with a big red dot or cherry on the back came flying by me. This guy was no further than 40ft away going at least 30mph when he passed me. Only thing I had time to do was lay down on the casting deck and just hope the 3 to 4 foot rollers racing toward me like a freight train didn't wash me or my rods overboard, capsize my boat, or just cause it to sink altogether!!! Wound up holding on for dear life and getting tossed around like a rag doll only to see a bunch of old fat guys and several whores in their mid 20's laughing uncontroablly at the chaos their Captain had just unleash upon me and my ProTeam 165. Once the tsunami had violently passed, I was able to get my sea legs back under me. Those same sea legs, standing shoulder width apart, quickly established a firm rock solid foundation which was supported by a nice wide base. For those of you that are unaware, this afore mentioned stance is a must when giving someone or a crowd the finger with a little added emphasis! All that did was make Captain Jack Off turn around and come back by even closer. Saw same boat anchored down in PC later that afternoon with music blastin' fat old guys in wangerhangers hanging out with young gold-digging whores with no self-worth and no self-esteem... and I swear to God if I knew %100 ahead of time that no one would have gotten injured and I wouldn't get caught... I would've gotten the 12guage out of the rod locker and made that hull look like Swiss Cheese all the way around it!

If douche bag in the big silver tampon yacht keeps it up... eventually there'll be some crazy redneck he swamped 2miles back that finally catches up to him and don't give a damn about hurting some innocent bystanders just along for a ride or getting caught with a firearm and shoot that hull to pieces with a pistol or shotgun
