Does anyone have a screenshot of bass off to the side in about 8-12 ft of water that I can see to help me identify them on my screen.

There are many samples on the tutorials on the HB web site. I will guess Lowrance has similar images. Fish will show up as bright[er] dashes or spots.

Hope this helps.....The last photo is of a tarpon in less than 4ft. It shows just how clear the shadow is on a really big fish with good SI. Bass will show a shadows under there marks</p>

That last screen shot is pretty cool. One of the best I've seen. I would freak out if I seen something like that. I need to work on some settings or something on mine. My side and down imaging never looks that good.

Is this from your unit? Those pictures are pretty awesome. I have seen some shots on mine similarly but not quite that clear in more shallow water. What do I need to adjust in shallow water to get it clearer?
