I normally keep mine organized in three of the large waterproof plano boxes in my bag. I keep them organized at home in rubbermaid containers in their original packaging organized by color and style. I also keep all these smaller containers in a large rubbermaid cabinet. Boy do I need to get rid of some plastics...

My system may not be the best, but I can tell you exactly what I have. I put a peg board up at the house and keep all of my stuff on the hangers. When I decide I want something, I go in there survey what I want, grab it and go. I try and keep things out of the boat that Im not using, kinda like seasonal stuff, in another words, there aint no rats, or top waters in my boat right now.
When I do put stuff in the boat other than crankbaits, I found some plastic containers at Walmart that have an o-ring on top, and the lid snaps down on all 4 sides. They come in various sizes and work great for spinnerbaits, plastics, and terminal tackle that ya dont want wet.

I have the BPS double side worm bag and it was very good for keeping allot of my plastics. HOWEVER I found two problems. 1. it got to where i had so many different kinds that I had the bag so full it got to be to bulky to handle and store as i don't really have ANY storage space in my lil boat. I thought about buying more of the bags and just do them all by different types but then I would run out of more space to put them. and 2. I didn't like the time it took to open it up get a worm and seal it back. when i am catching fish i get a little excited and it would take longer then i liked. So I had to go to putting them in 3700 style boxes like most everyone uses for just about everything else. I can store them in my boat better and can get to them quick when in a hurry. They may not last as long but hey we all know that we can't pass up a bag of plastics anytime we are in a store. I have that empty bag if anyone is interested.
