I have a 3+ acre  bluff view lot, Approximately 65 miles NW from Chattanooga, In Spencer, TN.  The large lot has a beautiful catfish pond.  It is fenced on all sides with the front and along one side beyond the lake in Rustic Wood. It is located on a dead end road that runs along the brow overlooking a beautifuf gorge. The homes in the area start out at about $300,000.00.  In that part of Tennessee you can get a lot of house for that money  "Asking" 80K.</p>
