Spraying at Guntersville 10/01

Bprice, we launch at Siebold Creek, rules are lower lake only - can't go above Goosepond. Don't fish the main lake much so any advice is appreciated. Did come in 2nd earlier this year (Feb) in Siebold on spinnerbaits, but that was long ago and far away.

Great I'll be fishing up there for the first time on Monday out of HBSP... just some fun fishing

Great, but be very carefull. TVA is dropping the lake and you can knock a lower unit off real quick, especially where you are launching. The good news is, they are dropping the lake, this is usually my hottest time of the year, for about the first 2 weeks after the water gets out of the weeds the bass pack up and eat, eat, eat. You gonna be by yourself?

I am planning on being super cautious, and I'll be with my buddy CooperJD, who like me has never been there.

About a month ago, Shocker was down there with his lawnmower. Cutting trails through a lot of the thick stuff. He said that the TVA doesn't spray. Some owners do hire someone to spray around their docks and lanes like you guys have described. Did I get that right, Shocker?emoGeezer
