Put in at Haletown and headed up river and fished a ledge, where I picked up some crappie Monday and Tuesday on jigs, thought I'd see how they responded to minnows. We were there from noon till three thirty and put 22 crappie from 11 to 13 inches in the live well. The wind got to strong to stay on my spot so we quit. Fish were caught in 10 to 15 ft. depth with a float at 5ft. water temp was 58 degrees.
