...and I didn't put him there! (simply because I haven't caught him yet)

Erik just called me and he spent the night in the emergency room in Florida, where he went for his grandmother's funeral. He started having major pain last night, which he is fairly sure is another kidney stone, and was released at 4am, just to have to go back at 10am and they admitted him to the hospital this time. He tells me they haven't found the stone yet, but the meds are helping a lot.

My prayers are sent and I'll keep you informed when he contacts me. EricM

Ouch! I know what he is going through. I have passed 9 kidney stones of various size since June of this year. Prayer works! Hang in there Erik!

I told him to stop eating rocks!

Seriously though...stones are no joke. Get better soon Eric!

I am not having a good time here in Florida at all! I have never had this much pain, and they keep telling me they can't even se where the bugger has dropped from the kidney yet. There are several and one of them is a BIG ONE! I only like big ones in fishing. Thank you for the prayers, I really appreciate them. I will end up missing my grandmother's funeral tomorrow because I need to stay here in the hospital. Life can be tough sometimes!

We got your back Spur. You're right, life can be down right miserable sometimes. We just have to fish through it if you know what I mean

Hope you get to felling better bro. Been down the kidney stone road a few times myself. They will put any man down and do it quickly.
Prayer sent for you man.

Had one the size of a cocker spaniel. Took 2 lithotripsies to get rid of it. Thank God for morphine.

No doubt, a kidney stone will change your attitude about narcotics. emoEek

Dude, just get back here to Tims and take a ride with Bentrod, that should cure the kidney stones, or at least make you forget about them. Get well soon.
