swim events on & river closure on Nickajack

Coast Guard has not issued the permit yet, however when they do it will be for:
River Closure on Sunday September 28th from 4:00am - 11:00am for river miles 463 - 466.5. I'm getting to work on making sure the Chattanooga State ramp will be open.

You can have all the glow in the dark fish you want. That just leaves the lower part open. Any takers?
