Triton trailer help, need some welding.

Last Trip to the lake , one of my rear bumpers on my 1998 triton trailer broke. The weld broke on the trailer at the rear step . It's one of the rear bumpers that stick up to help guide the rear of the boat on.

Any ideas on a fix and who could fix it?
