Was the HB ramp re-done in the last week?

Reported on BBC that we had a new ramp. True?

The HBSP ramp was re done last year. and with the water as low as it was this weekend. I droped my axles of the end. There is going to be a new ramp and dock installed at Wolftever.(which is patrolled by HBSP Rangers) sometime in the near future.

i did see a group of guys, i think it was monday afternoon at the wolfteever ramp. looked like they were talking over plans for the new dock.
