That rock formation was a very short distance above the dam on the Rhea county side. My family lived there from 52-56. My dad was a guide as was I when I turned 15.</p>

My Mom was the "Hostess" at the restaurant for nearly 30 years.</p>

The "geyser" was called the "Glory Hole" and erupted every few minutes.</p>

The skinny kid is me. The other pic is dad in one of Pete's boats</p>
