Anybody fished Watts Bar lately ? Thinking about going up there this weekend. I have only fished there a few times , several years ago. Wondering how the fishing is this time of year.
I have a buddy at work that use to have a lake house there. He said the rock walls and bluffs close to whiskey island are doing good. Should be able to find some grass too on your electronics. We were talking about going up there in a few weeks also.
we fished on mon and the fish are starting to move shallow. we fished mid lake around whites creek, fish we caught were on rattle baits and on shakey heads. water temp was 50-52. look for the baitfish in backs of pockets. good luck
We went and fished Sunday morning. It was cold and windy. We were able to catch 3 fishing bluff walls, one of which was a decent smallmouth. Catching the smallmouth was worth the trip for me. All fish were caught on the ned rig.
