I wasnt firing a remark at you F4TP, I was simply stating my own personal opinion as well. Some think it is unethical to shoot over 200 yds with a rifle. Some think neck and head shots are unethical. Thats why I said to each his own. Laws are laws, and if something is legal somewhere then I have no problem with someone performing the action, whether I agree with it or not. I do not, and have never, and never plan to hunt over any kind of "bait" other than the natural forms that you mentioned. But I also dont judge anyone from somewhere else who is following the rules and regs of their respective state. Again, to each his own. But to say that what he is doing is unethical and teaching the youngsters wrong things....what if thats they way they have known to hunt for their entire lives? Yes it is the complete opposite of the way I was raised and the way I want my kids to pursue the outdoors, but it has been legal in other states for years and years. That doesnt neccessarily make it right or wrong. But if Billy Bob is set up on the other side of your property line with 100 lbs of yeller acorns on the ground and what he is doing is perfectly legal, how else are you going to get the deer to hold on your property and walk by your tree? This is also simply my own personal opinion, and I know others feel differently, but if its legal, its legal...if its not, its not. Again, I am not encouraging baiting or any other illegal activities in the woods, as I SERIOUSLY FROWN UPON THEM, but they hunt in different places with different rules than you and I are accustomed to
