Here it is..now this is the day we brought it home..Since then we have cleaned it up and even been out fishing on it twice. Works great !! I would however like someone who works on motors, who isn't super expensive to check out our motor it is old..so I just want to have it looked over.

Now we can consider a few tourneys..thanks for all the advice guys.

when buying a used boat, other than the above mentioned... I always pay close attention to the hull and the transom. Look for cracks and scratches in those areas. You definitely don't want to buy one then find out it leaks, or you don't want a cracked transom. Serious problems can come form these two issues.
 
The ONLY thing bad I can say about that engine is They are noted for freezing and busting under #4. So if you run in it in the winter make sure you let it drain!!!!!! Other than that that is a work horse. Very reliable engines and a plus is the parts are plentiful and usually inexpensive compared to most! Good looking boat!!! Enjoy it!!!!
