i was just wanting to know who all is planning on fishing the crappie tourny... I know dixie boy ,drumking ,flip and myself will be there plus a bunch of people who are not on the forum... Is anyone else on here planning on fishing it??? emoScratch i hope more people on this forum fish it.... We got lots of people on here that like to crappie fish why not do it for a good cause and try to win some money and bragging rights emoPoke

You'd have alot better participation if this wasn't scheduled on opening day of rifle season for TN. I'm like Jmax, except I will be chasing Bambi's Great Grand Father!

I'm 34 years old & have been deer hunting since 14 years of age, so therefore I consider myself an avid Deer hunter, but I will hunt that afternoon & Sunday. I want to have fun & give some childeren a nice Christmas that would norm. not have one! That is what is important to me. The rut is going to be in the down swing by Saturday anyway.

My hunting ground is out of town, so. I really want to participate, not b/c of the crappie fishing, but the kids! It just blows my mind when someone schedules a charitable event durring something as popular as opening day of rifle. I'm not mad about it, I just think that if the kids were your main concern you all would have looked at the calendar to make sure you had max participation.

sorry guys im not going to be able to make it my boat still isnt fixed emoBang emoBang emoBang ive been tinkering with it the last 4-5 fishing trips trying to figure out whats wrong and still cant find it so it is going in the shop friday should have done that sooner but i didnt have the money until now! i was really looking foward to it maybe next time emoBawl

423-580-5444 i talked to the marines today and they are going to also fish the tournament.... the guy said he was bringing a pontoon boat and 10 friends to fish it with him!!!!!!!!!! thats 275.00 just for them to fish it......

Hope several of the CFF Crappie specialists are able to participate, I know several that can surely compete and hope they take on Dixie Boys challenge.
