    deep hooked fish

The best way to get the hook out of a deep hooked fish is to cut you line but give yourself at least two feet of line still attached to the hook. Push the line out thru the gills on the side the hook point is closest to. Once you pull it thru the hook should turn up side down. Now take your...

    The A rig

you can catch big fish on it. But it really takes the fun out of trying to figure things out to me. Just my opinion, I would give it a try but if your any kind of sportsman you will quickly see there are better ways to catch fish. I did catch a 6lb spot and doubled up on two 3 pound spots at...

    Fishing Kayak suggestions

I have the old town fishing kayak. I think its called angler10. But I like it on rivers but on big lakes the wind can be a pain. Get a long paddle or you will beat up your hands up. Long trips are sore on the back wish the seat had more padding. Overall its been a good investment.

    Shakeyheads...

cants stand the ones with the screw lock on them. Used to use bill davis shakey heads then they started using a different hook where the eyelet stuck out to far. Netbait has a good one but they are hard to find. So whats the best one with out the screw lock and a recessed eyelet.
