Man he has you all fooled. He shot that thing from my back porch while I was feeding it.

Got my jaw bone back and comparing the teeth to the available charts (I'm no pro!). Best I can tell heis 4.5-5.5 years old and that sounds about right. I had to go by my taxidermist and pick out a larger form because the head measurments were so big. 22.5" X 7.25" for you Taxidermy gurus. He also commented that the hide had grown into the bases of the antler, something he's only seen on deer mounted in velvet!? Cant wait to see the mount!

That is for sure above average size for around here. The average deer in Ga or Tenn would run 6 3/4 x 17 to 7 x 19" (Under the hair measurement) I do get a few in at 7 1/4 x 20 plus killed local. That for sure is a grownen. I've seen a few this year 8" plus this year from up north.
