I have (2) 16ft. deluxe ladder stands brand new in the box. They have side rails, padded fold up shooting rails, padded seat and backrest, footrest. I bought these brand new from Sportsmans Guide, then we lost our lease, so I have no use for them. They are very nice stands for the money. $75 each firm. Steve 280-5857
