I just finished reading a bunch of reviews on something called Blue Marble 2-cycle oil. Must have read 15 or 20 reviews and testimonials and every one of them was ranting about how greaqt this stuff is. They say they're getting 400-500 more rpm, better fuel economy, easier starting, almost no smoke, higher top speed, smoother running, etc. Several of the guys said they had to re-prop to deal with the higher rpm. Yep, one of 'em said it was better than sliced bread.

Just curious, have any of you guys run any of this "Magic Moose Milk"?? I'm sure thinking of giving it a try.

I thought I posted a reply to this yesterday but I guess t didn't go through. There is no 2 cycle oil out there that will cause your motor to pickup 500 rpms. Unless of course it is nitromethane fuel and not oil. Oil provides lubrication and yes some oils will lubricate better than others. I would say 50 rpms is maybe doable but not 500. Even 50 is a stretch.

I think Churly should look into this stuff. Test it.

lance... you replied to the exact same topic in the product reviews section. It seems that almost all of SAM's posts have been about this oil.

I've been running fast boats ( 120 + MPH) for MANY years and raced them as well...there isn't an oil that'll give you 500 more RPM...trust me. We build outboard engines that turn well over 10,000 RPMs and if I thought an oil would give me more RPM I would be running it. I've been running 100% synthetic Pennzoil for 5 years (from Wal-Mart) NOT the synthetic bled...it's good oil.

hey paul just a question or two i run fast boats too and need to know will pennzoil synthetic reduce the chances of slinging rods

Didn't mean to get anybody's feather's ruffled...................,

My question was: Have any of guys run any of this "Magic Moose Milk"?

I'm not trying to sell it or promote it, and I'm not saying I believe the claims. I was just asking if any of you have any actual experience running it. I don't put much stock in claims and opinions but I do in results.
Thanks, Sam

I'm not going to judge this oil until I have tried it. finding it though, at a good price, may be a problem. I found it on line for $33.00 gal. A little steep for me, although some of the synthetic oils, some of you guys are talking about ain't cheap either.
Does anybody have any notions where a good source would be for this super slick oil?(BMO)emoScratch

The biggest problem I have in running an oil that would increase my RPM's that much would be in the fact of having to reprop to keep my outboard in its working frame.
I like the response paul the one that builds racing engines. If it did that it would be in all those fast motors.
