Boat Trailer Registration coming to Tennessee?

Has anyone else seen this or have more information?

Tennessee General Assembly Legislation

It's a bill recently approved by the State House now referred to the Senate for approval. Essentially it will require all boat trailers to be registered and tagged. The website only gives a summary with no details. I'm digging deeper but it may be time to call your local Congress Critter on this one.

Sounds like another government fee grab to me.
