CBA 2010 SEASON

I know there are alot of people here that either already fish or maybe are interested in fishing the CBA tournaments and thought it would be good to hear any suggestions or comments about the 2010 season.

You and your partner are only allowed to use 4lb test and maribou jigs.

Seriously, I think that it has been run very well this year and have enjoyed fishing it......just wish we'd get in the money more.

We discussed a leaderboard. I think we just need someone to man that leader board durring the event. Mark, you've got good handwriting?

This is an opportunity to voice your ideas for how we can make this a better trail. I hope that everyone keeps this in mind: You dont have to be an officer to help out. In fact, we could use all the help we can get. Just find me or any of the other officers.

Mark, I can get a leader board put together for the classic if you can man the thing and update it as the weigh-in progresses.

I think that a team should be able to use one alternate during the season in case there is a vaction , sickness , death in the family or you just dont want to carry your regular partner on your back for one tx out of the season.

GREAT idea Scott. I agree with Damon as well on having one alternate during the season. This was my fist year fishing CBA, and I only fished 3 or 4 events, so my opinion doesnt hold much weight, but they both seem like great ideas to me!

Glad you fished what you could. All thoughts and ideas are welcome so do not hold back. We are always looking for ways to help the CBA grow and be the best it can be. Take into mind though we are looking for ideas that will benefit the tournament as a whole and not just what benefits one individual. Brainstorming is great as I have seen times were a one great idea or plan comes from such a discussion.
