TWRA & Ducks Unlimited used to have pay fields. You might try searching their sites online. Last time I shot was a TWRA fairly decent shoot north of Blaine. Sorry to say theDU fields always seemed to be over crowded and not many birds. You never know how the cold fronts will affect a field. Here today, gone tomorrow ??
