Favorite Lure

That's a tough question... when I was younger, I only had a few baits in my box to start with, so I knew immediately....
All in all, a worm. Preferably a punkin seed or tequilla sunrise, no weight, 5/0 Gamakatsu worm hook. Free fall it to the bottom, preferrably near structure. And pcik it up.....

i guess if i had to choose one that will catch fish year round it would be a swim bait in a shad pattern ,size may vary . grubs and tubes will work too year round too.

Spinnerbait without a doubt. If that doesnt work.............. probably a different colored spinnerbait. They are just hard to beat, even in the wintertime. Especially the type weather we have had for the last several years. If they will hit a silver buddy...... they will hit a blade. Just have to be patient with it.

For spots without a doubt a tube will catch fish with nothing else will. Probably not my favorite but it will catch them.

For largemouths I would have to say a black/blue Chigger Craw.

shad colored swimbait.. and green pumpkin jig with a black 3x craw trailer..oh yeah.. cant throw out the ole reliable spinnerbait!!!!

My favorite would be a DJW buzzbait. There's nothing more exciting than pulling a big fish up to crush a surface bait.

The most versatile would have to be a DJW 1/2oz jig w/ a Zoom Super Chunk trailer. I also tend to throw a lot of 1/4oz lipless cranks, Tr19's custom balsa cranks, and DJW spinnerbaits. If the bite gets tough, you'll be hard pressed to find a more versatile, fish-catching bait than a shakeyhead.

The award for least favorite is a landside vote (on my behalf) for the DD22.

3/16 oz. jig with a Baby Paca Craw trailer. I am fishing stained water, I will go with a blue/black, with a black trailer, and if I am fishing clearer water, I will go with a green pumpkin/orange/red shad skirt combo that I have made, with a green pumpkin trailer.

Although I havnt thrown one this year.....dont know why

..... if I had to pick one bait, chrome w/blue-back rattle-trap. Catch fish in salt or fresh water.

If I had to pick just one lure it would be pop-r, the lake could froze over and I would still be throwning that pop-r.

1/8 ounce chrome with blue back tiny trap. i have caught more fish of many different species on this lure than any other. i have caught sm lm spots bluegill stripes, catfish and oh yes dk drum love them, but don't tell everyone

it would have to be the dark green with black specs fluke i cant think of the color name but it always works for meemoThumbsup

Favorite lure, Pop R, but old faithful..... to put A fish in the boat, white 1/8 ounce maribou crappie jig. The subject line and the context of the paragraph seem different to me. I may be verbose.
