I have this knack for trying new ideas and figuring a better way of doing things. This is my latest inventive idea. </p>

A couple Hula-hoops and ahandfulof plastic wire ties. Drill holes in the bottom Hoop to help sink it and attach the desired amount of weights with wire ties. Cover the top Hula-hoop with a pool Noodle ... Cover the entire pen with the plastic mesh you will see in the Link attached. you may use plastic coated clothes line cord to lace the seams at thecircumferenceat the hoops and all seams ,... See the third pattern down. If you want a floating lid cut off the top rim of an old plastic Ice-chest with a hinged lid still attached. Tie the rim into the top covering mesh. It floats. SEE the link below and I suggest the third pattern down.
