Fishing tournament permits

I have a small group of buddies that want to have a little tournament. Probably 8-10 boats total. I hear a permit is needed by can't find any info on it anywhere on the internet. Anyone have any info on this they could share with me. Thanks in advance.

You will need a permit and every Saturday is probably taken!!Sundays are probably open will need to check weekday nights!
