ijust wanted to start a new topic and see what kind of input we can get here, has anyone of the cffers got or have you tried the murcery outboard jet engines,what are the prices on these engines,i watched a show last weekend were this three were useing one on a 1800 mile trip down the mississippi river or maybe is was the mo. river

I love mine, but it's a niche motor, less efficient, and usually at least $1K more than the prop equivalent. If all you do is run lakes or fish tournaments or need to go super fast, they're not for you. If you like fishing rivers though, they're the best thing ever -- there's no substitute.

i do fish alot of tournaments and thank you for the information,ive never seen one untill a few weeks ago and was wondering how well they performed
