I spoke with Rib and Loin and they said any day of the week is fine. Wednesday would probably work out better for me if that's okay. I know that is a Church night for some but if that's a problem let me know. They have room for 100 in the back room, I think that the biggest bunch that we've had was about 20 but the forum is much bigger now. We can order from the menu or if we have greater than 50 we can get a family style meal for $9.95/person. MB says that he can do it. If we can get 50 people it would probably cut down on the time that it would take to get the orders and all with a family style meal. They close at 8 and so we probably ought to start at 6 if that's okay.

Is there a way to get a sign up going on the forum activities page? If we could it would be easier to find out how many people were planning on coming. I have never set that up but if someone knows how to and would I would appreciate it. Of course I want to be sure that it's okay with you DHaun. I will plan on giving DHaun a call if he doesn't post on the thread sometime soon.

Guys, if we use Rib and Loin they are only open until 8pm. I am working in Cleveland and I can't get there to Hixson until about 7pm unless we do it on a day that I have off. I am off the next three Wednesdays not including this week. MB are you not available the 30th? FA and DK can't make it next week but might on the 30th. If we use another venue we might be able to stay later and start later. Does anyone have an idea where we could meet other than Rib and Loin? In the past someone had reccomended a Church. That is a possibility. Does anyone have any connections with a congregation that might be willing to let us come to use their facilities? I like the idea of dinner but if we started later at a Church we wouldn't have to incorporate a meal. What do you think?

I'm in Atlanta the 30th. The middle of the week is pretty filled up for me.  Saturday evening at a church would be my best opportunity.  My child care responsibilities should ease up some by mid February.  I would prefer waiting until then.

I can offer Highland Sportsman Club if you would like. It is in Hixson. It will hold about 125 people, we have a kitchen that can be used to serve food.

If we do food, I would suggest getting Rib & Loin or some other BBQ and serving at Highland.

We do not have a time to leave or begin.

I am available most any time but Thursday evenings.

Polo, count me in too. You don't have an excuse now since Tony vol. the sportsman's club to have it at. If you wanna have food, I can get a great BBQ place down this way to cater it, just get a count of hands who will be there. Let me know if I can be of any help.
