i spent 30 minutes watching a group of colledge students trying to put a brand new ski boat in the water a few weeks ago. they backed in but the boat would not leave the trailer, after watching in disbelief for 20 more minutes i walked over and asked if the had undone the winch from the boat (guess what) they had not. i am not sure this group should even be operating a boat much less driving a vehicle. they must have pulled up and went back 25 times before i went over.
