Spur is right on with his comments. Just remember to VOTE and express yourself to your Congressman and Senators. I have many weapons, bought and payed for by the blood of many before me. Don't let anyone convince you that its wrong to own a gun. Only problem I have is the legislators that get cranked up and try to pass laws that are insane, like carry a weapon in a bar. emoBang This type of crap is what gets the anti folks jumping with joy. Be reasonable on your requests and stop and think one stupid law like allowing hand guns in a bar or a airport. We beat ourselves up when we go for such stupid laws. Keep it simple, protect your rights, make sure we get equal press and educate your children, teach them to hunt and enjoy the outdoors. They are growing up without any of the above exposed to them and they don't care about it. The government will provide for them right. emoLaugh

I will qoute the New Yourk Times:

"Because there is no computerized national gun registry, agents say, tracking guns relies on a paper trail. Agents must contact the manufacturer or importer with a make and a serial number and work their way down the supply chain by telephone or on foot.

At the retail level, records of gun sales remain in the hands of the dealers. Agents can request to see them only if a gun is recovered in a crime or during periodic audits"
