Second part, I believe, it speaks to having compassion for others (with no regard for how "right or wrong" their circumstance is). Also to me, providing healthcare is a simple manifestation of showing compassion.

There are a few on here that are so filled with hate, not dislike, that want Obama to fail and go to the bottom as some say. Who do you think is going to the bottom with him? We all will, casting a disenting vote in 2010 will be the last thing on your mind, when you lose everything you have now accumilated, property, jobs, food for the table, insurance, etc. If the next depression hits, you will all be clawing the doors at your bank, screaming for your money but it won't be there, they won't let you in. You'll love it I am sure. Talk to grandpa and grandma and ask they how easy it was living in the depression, ask them if they want another one.

I dont think that is a very fair statement. I would say the neutral make up a pretty dang big part of those stats. You can make things look very different if you changed that around. ie On August 23rd 2009 27% strongly approved of the job Obama was doing so would that mean 73% strongly disapproved or were neutral? While on 1/14/09 Bush had 34% approval rating with 8% unsure or neutral so if I reversed what you said that would mean Bush only had 58% that didnt agree right? If you are gonna talk numbers then try comparing apples to apples.R14 - 9/15/2009 12:26 AM
Look at it closer, 60% approve Obama or are neutral. Bush regular only got 30% approval (70% disapproved and neutral). It seems to me your still in the minority by 1/3, the same 1/3 that approved of the job that the previous president didn't do.
