Small picture on profile?

I have been trying to put a small picture on profile for months but I can't figure it out. I think it's called an avatar? PLease help figure this out i'm tired of trying

You have to make sure it is sized under 50K.

Go to control panel on the upper top right, upload the pic there and make sure it's small enough. If not go to www.resize2mail.com and downsize it a bit.... play with it until you can get it to work.
