I am considering buying a smart phone but there are so many out there and various companies offering their service. I'd like some suggestions from those using Verison, T Mobile, Sprint, etc and some suggestions as to type of phone. If you are happy or sad with yours let me know please.

Presently I have just a cell phone with T Mobile.

Thanks much

get ready to spend a bunch of money on data....no matter how much you use.If you`re getting an individual plan it will be close to a 100$ a month for a smart phone from Verizon and at&t. And they are adding fees like the airlines.

Im on Att and have been mostly satisfied with service, no company covers everywhere. I use an Iphone 4S and it will do more than you can use. I cant imagine what the I5 will do. You can get an Iphone 3GS for a dollar, but yes, ALL smart phone plans will cost you in the data department. They are ADDICTIVE.

Only issues I ever had from ATT was when they merged cingular. That been a long time ago too.

ATT has been rock solid with really great coverage for me. I have an iPhone and love it. Been the best phone Ive owned yet.

I got tired of the cost of my iphone. I got rid of it and got a att prepaid android 4g smart phone and couldn't be more happy. Got all the internet I can use and plenty of speed. Nice large screen for games, movies, and videos all work great. Works just as good as my iphone did. Think I paid around $200 for the phone and it's $50 a month which includes all your data plan and everything else you would need.

Thanks for the input. It seems from my research that I'd be paying out the nose for something I'm not yet "adicted" to. Might be smarter to keep my dumb old phone. It's always great to hear from actual users. Thanks again!

I have a iPhone 4 on Verizon and have no complaints. I love it and it has saved me from getting lost on the road . It also has helped me find ponds out in the middle of nowhere on my dads place in ky at night for gigging frogs. So many helpful aps .I would rather turn off my data at the house than give up my iPhone and data n the go..
