I also believe you're not allowed to cut down any vegetation starting at waters edge back inland so many feet though I don't remember the distance. It doesn't look like it's enforced either.
If you own a lake house.and you build a dock.the dock is yours..that don't mean every one can use your dock and use it for a boat slip.it is your dock.the water is TV'a .and you can fish all around it.no..it does not belong to TVA...
