i think it's good sean. hopefully you've found a little nitch that you can make some money at. i would be careful trying to undercut everyones prices though. good work don't come cheep. don't hustle backwards my friend. when someone asks me if i can come down on my quotes i usually ask them what part they want to leave out. so many people try to break into a market and undercut everyone and when times get tough they don't have enough money to make it through. good luck

Sort of .. Im in there .. well moving in.. waiting for EPB to turn on the lights, and cleaning up .. place is a wreck .. old building needs alot of TLC , paint etc .. but price is right!
