Beetlespin, that is an awsome combo. There is only a few things to learn about an Allison, They are fast and they are light. You have to learn how to drive them but when you do I don't think you will find a better boat.

Not trying to stir the pot but a couple of months ago I was fishing on Nickajack when the races were going on. My partner and I had just seen all the boats at the Landing when we went down river. They started coming down the river in groups of three to five at a time.

The Allisons were fast and I saw something that made a believer out of me. There was a few large boats coming up river and most of the lighter boats had to give way. I saw a Blazer about lose it and a couple of Bullets let out to go over the wakes. There was a red Allison with a guy and his wife, stayed in the throttle and never looked back. That Allison acted like it was on rails and it never left the water one time. It was a smoth ride and also there was a couple of other Allisons there. They faired just as well in the waves and I was amazed at the speed and handling of them.

I got to ride in an Allison on Ft Loudon lake. 93 will wake your butt up! He never topped out and I don't think I could have taken much more! He was laughing and giggling all the way. Nice riding boats, you get what you pay for from them. Just my .02.
