I quit fishing fishing cba when they went to ten hours.felt like it was to benifit the folks that was goin to watts bar and nick.dont know why they did that.that is what hurt them.
The 10 hour format has been a great thing for us! I think it has made things safer for those who do choose to lock through. It has evened up the competition, and made things more competitive( we are seeing many more 5 fish limits than before). Going back to a shorter tournament only helps the anglers who are on fish on chickamauga and we wanted to be fair to our members who do frequent Nick and Watts. The fishermen from those areas help keep the competition interesting to say the least. I know it can be taxing on the body but we have cold drinks for all the fishermen and BBQ sandwiches from MoMo's. Everyone at our tournaments seems to have a lot of fun and last year we had the highest participation level this lake has seen in years, We are definitely gonna keep our existing format. I invite you to come back and see what you are missing.
