Looking for atv mechanic.

I'm looking for a mechanic to do a top end rebuild on my arctic cat tbx 400 . The oil rings are gone and it smokes bad and to get the brakes holding. I put new pads and a master cylinder on it and can't get fluid to the calipers to bleed them. I'm gonna buy a new jug and piston etc . Somebody that won't break the bank .I found a man in Lafayette and I live in Georgetown I thought I'd see if anyone knew anybody closer . Thank you .
