Looking for members for hunting club

Last i heard to be a member at Dunaway you had to own a lot($100,000) and a fee of $500 a month. And it has a huge stocked pond. It is something special. But out of my price range. I love to hunt and fish, but eating and living in a house instead of a box is really appealing. Last I heard there were only 33 members in it and they were pretty dedicated to keeping it that way.

I hunt 3600 - 4000 acres in that area on a private farm and I can assure you that there real brusers in those bushes. I saw countless 8 pntrs last season and only pulled the trigger (smoke pole) on one big 10 point in the first muzzle-loader season.</p>

I have a club starting and looking for members. This property is mostly wooded with food plots already established, there is a old farm place with big pastures. Also some cut overs, pine thickets, 5 year old re growth. flats and steep terrain, creek bottoms, hardwoods etc. This tract is 8.5 miles off of hwy 111 or 15 minutes from Dunlap. This club borders private land on all sides and Dunaway hunting and fishing club on one side. Total acres is approx. 2200, I will place 15 members at $1000.00 per year. This is Deer and Turkey plus small game, once membership is full we can discuss possible planting for Dove hunting. If interested please call Bill Swan to arrange a veiwing and more info 423 240 0719. thanks! p.s I shot a 155 7/8" deer off of the adjoining club last deer season and another 157" deer was shot as well.

I could go $700 but that’s it. I live about 10 miles from there.

That's pretty good JmaxemoBigsmile It may be worth looking at for $ 500.00 but $ 1000.00 is a little steep. 30 people wouldn't be too many because most of them won't hunt but a couple of times. Pm me if you decide to go down in price

Noquarter it has been my experience from running a hunting club a few years ago that on most any given time that less than 20% of the members will hunt with any regularity.
