that should be what it is about.(fishing)sure is a lot of money to give for a motor and not be able to fish how ever you want to and as much as you want to.one year warranty that is a insult for something that cost what they do now days.

if they wanted to limit it, it seems like they would say 3 yrs or 200 hrs. kinda like a car does with 3 yrs or 36k miles.
but u cant go wrong with a yamaha. i love mine and wouldnt trade it for any other brand motor. and if you want to you can make them run.
