Just to make it clear......there is a way to harvest the grass and put it to good use after it's been harvested.....In D.C. you have to pay a company like you would a lawn service to come and cut your grass on the water. The grass is then turned in fertilizer and sold for even more profit .
As far as the land owners not using the lake.....I said MOST of them do not, not all of them. That is seen by the number of empty docks year round, the boats at the dock's that are never uncovered, the number of homes on the lake that you never see any of them on their dock or their land around the water.
As far as the lap dog is concerned. Sorry that remark came from a women back in Downeny's cove, who told me that I could not fish in front of her property. Because her dog would jump into the water and try to get my lure...lol...
