Polo-dog sent me a p.m. a few minutes ago. He wants to fish Saturday's tournament with a partner but he has to leave for an hour or so around noon but will be back. His partner will fish solo in the meantime. I've actually done this myself in a couple of tournaments with the knowledge of the TDs. Your opinions please.

I really dont care being that this tournament trail is mainly for fun but, it would seem if a person dedicates themselves to fish one...thay make sure they stay the entire time and show up on time.

Never the less... Im good with it.

You guys do know...its gonna take 1 person to bitch about this and we'll have to put a fire out.

Pointer 78 - 3/30/2009 10:21 PM No one else has to know. ChooChoosnakeman will be his partner.

And if he is seen? Just throwing this out there. I seriously dont care myself but still. </p>

I agree .... hope we don't get someone that's so hardcore that they want to raise a stink. This is supposed to be for fun competition, with the emphasis on FUN .... heck, TW is even stirring the pot .... lol Like we really stand a chance emoLaugh ( I hope his fish are on, cause mine aren't) ... it's still a good investment for a day with CFF friends and if they get upset ... let's give their money back, and let them play with themselves emoGeezer

I understand and just so its clear...I dont care. Im good with it.

I just really think people need to clear thier day for these though!!!!!! Keeps the crap down and looks like a smooth ran event.

I was kinda hoping to take in a movie myself if they're not biting. Guess that's out huh?

Go ahead ... I'll keep an eye on your livewell emoBigsmile

Guys, my opinion is we have a non-issue. We have a set of rules in place that states the tx hours. We don't have an enforement group making sure everyone abides by all the rules, so if someone leaves and returns during tx hours, how are we supposed to know. However,if we startmaking exceptions for the people we trust, we are setting a precedent for those we don't. I do see two different cases with Ditchdoc and Polo whereas doc is being checked in by one of us before he starts fishing, however, I think we offer no response to Polo's request and let him make his own decision.I totally trustMark, I just don't think we need to set ourselves up for drama. Having said all this crap, I'm good with what you guys think. Al

It makes this a more difficult decision now that polo's ******* went and POSTED his intentions to leave the water. I was okay w/ it until I read that.
