Very little time to post, as you can see I really don't get on here much anymore, been working long nights ( 7 nights a week ,12 hours every night. ) that pretty much tells the story. Have no time to fish. If this keeps up, I won't have time to do anything. Thank god I got tonight off but back to work tomorrow night.

So here is my last post for a while........... :( emoRedface emoAngry emoMad emoBawl emoBadLanguage

Well, I don't really have much to say but here goes: To all those who feel that someone might laugh at your question or your catch, just say to h--l with them. Don't let them keep you from taking part. I use to be shy and affaid to say anything and affraid to take part in a discussion and then I went to work as a photographer for a local co. and I had to get out of it fast. The more you take part the easier it is, and it want be long until you don't care if anyone laughs or not. If you don't want to post then send a pm, and the next time you can post or pm again but you will learn that it doesnt matter. There are alot of us out here that want to hear what you did and how you did it and if you caught fish or didnt. Ive called some of the crappie experts on here to ask questions and have ask questions on here also. Never have I had anyone say that was a dumb questions even if it was to them. I love this site, and think it is the best on the internet. I havnt been posting much latley, but spring is coming and so will my post. Heck, I dont even fish for crappie the way most on here do---I use minnows, but I post anyway and love to read the post of the experts, and the ones like mine. So jump in and lets hear what you caught and how you did it. emoPoke

alot of people dont post cause they never get any replys and if people want reply they dont want to post

... what does it matter if someone replies or not? If I give you a good or a bad report, that's the information that I have to share. I don't care if someone commits to it or not! It's not a contest to get replies.

I really do like reading the posts, it can make a slow day at work go by quicker -I'm the same way as if I feel if I can contribute I will- haven't been going much due to coaching basketball- I will post fish reports when I start going

... and I'll say this, sometimes a bad report can tell more as what not to do and is more helpful. There is nothing wrong with saying what you did and it flat out didn't work! I was skunked! Peeyooouuu! So what if you share that on the forum? Have you ever been loading at the ramp and been asked by someone if you caught 'em? What's the difference? Post your good or bad reports. It may help out the next fellow.

I have only had a few posts on here as you can see but most of the places I fish aren't local I normally fish center hill and dale hollow lakes most of the time didn't think y'all would want to hear about them lakes because they are not local but i'd be glad to post my trips of them lakes if ya want me to. Anytime i'm on watts bar I will post the days activities as I did the last time I went fishing back in January from now on. THANK YOU! all for taking the time out of your day to post your day of fishing I love reading about how other anglers are catching fish, the tx's and all the tips and tricks this is a great site. Last yr was my rookie yr for fishing tx's, I fished a total of 10 tx's on watts bar and weighed 3 bags I know how tough it is to be a tournament angler now and I hope this yr I can weigh 6 bags out of 10 and double last yrs weights. I haven't had the pleasure of fishing the chick yet but am anxious to try it out soon thanks again for the great posts folks and you'll be hearing from me again.... emoCool

I don't have time to fish so I get on here to get my fishing fix. I have spent 300.00 this week on a bass rod and reel and probaly not going to get to use it I had my boat in the water 4 times last year. I see all these big fish being caught and makes me do stupid things I now have a 1198 humminbird with lakemasters and a new rod and reel and I'm stuck working 7 days a week.

That is tough but glad you have good work available and are supporting our economy by turning loose of some of your earnings. I will be glad to take your boat and new equipment out and keep 'em tuned up for you. I promise to post as well emoLaugh </p>

Well I relocated to Roanoke VA and it has been snowing here so not much to post. I was able to get in with a new club here but I have to fish a couple of tournaments with them and then wait to be voted in. It has been snowing here alot and very cold. I still like to keep up with how well the Chick is doing.

I haven't fished much, so not much to post in the way of reports.
I really got turned off about a year ago when the guy responsible for spraying the lake came on to inform us what, when, why, how he is spraying. There were pages and pages bashing this guy. Everybody seemed so concerned about their health and drinking water etc, etc. During that same time, I think it was Olin, spilled a couple hundred pounds of mercury into the river. crickets. crickets. That post garnered about 5 responses from everybody so concerned with their health. I want to have great fishing here on our lake too but realize our boats are probably responsible for just as many pollutants as this guy is.
You asked for it.

I caught a limit of shell crackers at the 24---75 split right before it was drained. Also killed a limitof mallards there one afternoon. Saw some good deer sign too. So try out the ssuper triangle next year.

id just like to say i enjoy posting on here and really enjoy reading how others style of fishing are because we all have different techniques of how to catch fish , i may fish one way and wack em and someone else fish the same bank or spot with exact same bait and could get a bite, thats just fishing. i never reall worried about someone else stealing my thunder cause there is no thunder to steal. just like talkin shop myself could talk fishin, boat shop talk all day long. looking forward to maybe getting fish with yall one day.

i dont post that much because i dont ever have much to say and dont fish as much as i used to but i really enjoy the site it is a good passtime for me with the wife working third shift it makes the lonesome nights go by alot faster.

I haven't posted much since joining this forumn, but that is due t me not having a boat that I can go out on the alke and give you guys a report on how things went and that sort of thing. I enjoying reading all og you guys posts on here and I learn a lot just by reading. it seems like majority of you are really nice guys and anytime I have a question somebody always gives me some hepl which is much appreciated! I am looking for a boat for myself right now, once I get one you can bet I will be seeing yall out on the water!

I'm on again/off again with posting. The last couple years have been busy, but I recently got my own kayak and will be fishing regularly again. We've got a group of 5 guys who created our own 8 month bass tournament trail, so I'm looking forward to that and will post the reports after we fish.

I used to think it was a little "clicky" when I first started making posts and fishing the CFF tournaments. It seemed like I was the only one that didn't know anyone or had any inside jokes. While I fished many CFF tournaments and never felt like I was "in the click" (lol), I still had a great time and have made really good friends doing so.

I'm not sure if 1000+ posts count as "never post"...
